In order to obtain good performance, accuracy of VCM spacer is required. Currently, VCM spacers are mainly manufactured through high precision etching process. Our VCM spacer is manufactured by chemical etching process. It has high precision, stress-free, burr-free, and no heat effect. Deformation is unlikely to occur. Additionally, the edges do not collapse easily. The benefits of etching cannot be achieved by other processing methods.
